Work, Work Work

It has been an interesting couple weeks. I have been working on a documentary, a feature as a PA and have just secured my first feature as a script supervisor.

The documentary is still going well, its moving along slowly, but we are ensuring each part is put into place before moving on to another item. We have a way to go, however it is going well. Wish us luck and your prayers would be much appreciated.

I also P.A'd on a big feature last week. I can't talk about it but I enjoyed it. I learnt lots and discovered I knew much more than I thought I did. P.A'ing is not the easiest job, but it is definitely a learning experience.

Finally, I signed on this week for a Feature film. Its an indie production, with a great crew. I am blessed to have been selected and hired on this feature and now must work hard so I can work on more.

Otherwise, non work-wise, I had to change my hire car - it coughed and spluttered its way to breaking down, on my way to a tech scout - timing!! I dealt with great guys at the hire centre and I honestly feel that God was with me.

I can't wait for my room mate to get back home. I've missed her, but when she's back we will still hardly see each other as we will both be working.

Well, today was not a good day to start this blog. One of my best friends in LA lost a loved one today, and I wish I could make it better!

The day started out great and I want to update all of you with whats been going on in my life.

Over the past few months I have been working on a documentary. I am directing the piece and love the subject. I am so passionate about what we are trying to bring into the public eye. I will be less secretive once we are closer to the finish line.

I am currently on an Occupational Training Visa. I need a new visa to stay in the country so am working towards letters of intent and deal memo's for this.

That's it really - I moved to Studio City - a much quieter neighborhood - well apart from all the feline friends around here.

I shall update again in two weeks, and once again - if I don't update just nag me!

This is my first blog for many many months. I have not been good at keeping in contact with friends and I have not excuse for that.
